About Kenny Loggins
A brilliant singer-songwriter and guitarist with a lifelong passion for exploring the endless power of the song to communicate, Kenny Loggins has had a most extraordinary career. He has stood the test of time as a member of the legendary country rock duo, Loggins and Messina and with his astonishing work as a solo artist, enjoying hits in four straight decades. This Grammy award winning artist is best know for songs such as “Danny’s Song” and “House At Pooh Corner” to “Celebrate Me Home” and “Keep The Fire (This is it)”. His hits didn’t stop there as he teamed with Stevie Nicks on the monster hit, "Whenever I Call You Friend", Steve Perry on “Heart To Heart” and with Michael McDonald on the Grammy award winning Song of the Year, “What A Fool Believes”. His success as a solo artist grew to even greater heights thanks to massive smashes like "I'm Alright" (from Caddyshack), "Footloose" (from Footloose), "Danger Zone" (from Top Gun), and "Nobody's Fool" (from Caddyshack II).
About Rena Marie Cunningham
One would be hard pressed to find a more compelling story than that of Rena Marie Cunningham. Taken into foster care as a baby and adopted at 4 years, she quickly learned to adjust to her surroundings - being 1 of 12 children. At a very early age, she found music as a solace and began singing and writing poems. She won her first award at the age of 9 and went on to win many talent contests thereafter. Her grandfather became a great influence in her life and inspired her to pursue her music and be all she can be. His last wish before his death in 2008 was for Rena to join the military. She became a member of the US Army that year and went on to hold various leadership positions. In 2010, Rena was cast as one of the lead performer in the U. S. Army’s “Soldier Show,” performing songs by Michael Jackson, Alicia Keys and Nora Jones. Her past experiences include the supporting role of “Star To Be” in the 2007 music production "Annie” and the lead role of “Reno Sweeny” in the 2008 music production "Anything Goes”. Rena currently serve as Private First Class in the Indiana National Guard.
