Q: I cannot locate or find my BFF.
A: Your BFF can be located on the right side of your Profile or by using the “BFF Search” feature on the right side of the screen.
Q: Does the service members need to register their bracelets?
A: No, the service members do not need to register their bracelets. Only the civilians register their bracelets.
Q: Why haven’t I been matched with a service member?
A: The only way for a civilian to be matched with a service member is if there are enough service members in the database to match with the number of civilians who have registered their bracelet. If you haven’t been matched with a service member, it is most likely because there have not been enough service members registered to fulfill the demand for matches.
Q: How long will it take to be matched with a service member?
A: The system automatically matches civilians with any unmatched and available service members. We are working daily to engage service members to register to receive their free bracelets and be matched by appreciative and supportive civilians. You will be matched by the first available service member.
Q: Can I choose whom I am matched with?
A: At this time, users are not permitted to choose with whom they are matched. The system automatically matches civilians with service members.
Q: How do I join the BFF Community?
A: If you have purchased a BFF Bracelet, then please visit the “Join” page at the top menu. To join the BFF Community, you must first purchase a BFF Bracelet from http://www.bff.tv. After purchasing and receiving your bracelet, you will be able to register at www.americanfreedomfoundation.org/join.
Q: How do I search for members of the BFF Community?
A: To search for members of the BFF Community, visit the “Members” page and view the members or use the BFF Search to the right of the page.
Q: How do I purchase a BFF Bracelet?

Q: I put in the wrong BFF bracelet number. How do I change my bracelet number?
A: If you have entered the wrong bracelet number, please e-mail, support@americanfreedomfoundation.org with your correct bracelet number and username.
Q: How do I upload a profile picture?
A: From the menu, click “My Profile”, and then click the “Edit” tab. At the bottom of the “Edit” screen you will see “Upload Picture”, click “Choose File”, and upload your picture. Please note that the maximum dimensions are 120x120 and the maximum size is 300kB.
Q: How do I add a blog?
A: To add a new blog, click the “Blogs” tab and then click “+Add New Blog”.
Q: How do I upload videos?
A: To upload a new video, click the “Videos” tab and then click “+Add Video”.
Q: How do I upload pictures?
A: To upload a new picture, click the “Pictures” tab and then click “+Add Picture”.
Q: How do I change my password?
A: To change your password, click the "My Profile" tab and then click "Edit". Change your password and then click "Save"
