My BFF bracelet is 1138. My name is Sandy and I live in WV. Some people don't even know where WV is but I will try and tell you about it. Our state is known as the Mountain State and it is beautiful. We are the site for the Boy Scouts of America to build their new national center. Recently we were in the national news when we lost 29 coal miners in a blast at one of the coal mines just down the road from me. Please remember the families of these miners in your prayers. My husband was a coal miner and now both of our sons are coal miners. They work on the high wall miners instead of underground mining. Another well known place in our state is the New River Gorge Bridge, every year they have an all day Bridge Day where base jumpers jump from the bridge into the New River. We also have the Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs where the PGA has a tournament starting July 29th. Another business here is the Hatfield and McCoy Trail for 4 wheelers and there are several others. Just wanted you to know we have a wonderful state and I was born and raised here. I LOVE IT! I am new to this site but I hope to get to know many of you. I have my bracelet but have not heard from my BFF. Hopefully it will be soon. Also want to acknowledge my husband's service in Vietnam. He was a SSgt with the 9th Infantry Division.
