Customer Service...Please reply!!!

Hello Customer Service! After several emails and no replies from you, I have now taken to writing on this blog in the hope that you will respond!,.....I would like to know how to delete my profile and my son's. Why?? Well, when we registered, it was required that we use our real names and addresses and phone numbers, however, we did not realize that If we typed our user/profile names into the search bar, our real names, addresses and phone numbers were displayed! I was able to go back into our private contact information and delete it, however, this was several months after we had become members so who knows how many members saw our information?! As mentioned before, I have tried to contact you via email explaining this but with no response. Also, after numerous emails to request for us both to be matched with BFFs, we finally were, but we never heard from them. I was fortunate to hear from another service member who was kind enough to respond but again, we never heard from our BFFs, hence we no longer participate. At present, we are feeling that our profiles are being held hostage and although there are some members that have had positive experiences, there are also many who have not! As a result, we cannot and would not recommend this organization to others. We prefer to donate through the Red Cross. Again, please do what is right here and delete our profiles. Finally, I would like to add that there have been comments on the AFF blog that there are not enough service men and women to receive bracelets or there are some who do not wish to. I find this odd, as recently, I met a soldier who is a friend of my son's, who had just returned from his 2nd deployment from Afghanistan and he told us that he and his fellow servicemen/women knew nothing about the AFF and would have loved to have received bracelets and have had some contact with civilians back home. Kind of sad there was no one there for them?!
