BFF no longer available!?

I have waited over a year to be matched with my BFF and no luck no I get an email saying how they no longer will be available as of Dec 31, 2011. The idea behind the BFF program was a great but just that it didn't come together all that well at the end. I'm very sad to see this go even if I wasn't matched.
